Comfort Dentistry

Our Practice offers a dental head and neck exam. The examination is performed by our dentist every six months. It allows the doctor to check the structure of your neck, head and jaw. The exam will also include checking the following: 

• Bones

• Organs

• Tissues

• Other structures for any oral cancer 

During the exam the Dentist is looking for abnormal color changes, structural abnormalities, lumps, lesions and other signs of cancer.

The head and neck exam is a routine way of screening for oral cancer and other pathologies. This will help us help you to catch any early signs of oral cancer and be able to start treatment promptly for your overall health.
